Recently, a batch of shacman F3000 dump trucks, supported by JINAN KOGEL TRUCK CO., LTD were successfully loaded onto a ship and shipped to Guinea, a West African country. These dump trucks will be used in local mining and infrastructure projects, undertaking heavy tasks such as earthmoving and ore loading and unloading.
The shacman F3000 dump truck boasts three major advantages, specifically designed for the challenging environment of Guinea, characterized by muddy roads during the rainy season and high dust levels in mining areas: In terms of power, it features a "golden powertrain" consisting of a Weichai engine, a Fast gearbox, and a Hande wheel-side reduction axle. This provides ample low-speed torque, strong heavy-load climbing ability, and approximately 10% better fuel economy compared to similar products, fully meeting the demands of frequent heavy-load starts and short-distance transfers. Regarding the chassis, it utilizes a high-strength steel double-layer frame with upgraded protection and sealing, effectively resisting the impact of accumulated water and gravel, ensuring the truck's stability during lifting and unloading in harsh road conditions. In terms of safety, the cab meets the European ECE-R29 collision standard and is equipped with a WEVB engine braking system, improving braking efficiency by over 55%, providing reliable safety for heavy-load downhill driving.
This Guinean customer has cooperated with our company before. Previously, the shacman dump trucks equipped with our company's superstructure, purchased by our client, demonstrated a stable body structure and reliable hydraulic lifting system under conditions of over 16 hours of daily operation and harsh road conditions, with a failure rate far lower than similar 6x4 dump trucks in the local area. Based on this performance, the client directly contacted us when preparing for a new project. In this collaboration, considering the frequent impacts of loading and unloading in the Guinean mining area, we specifically strengthened the thickness of the dump truck's body panels, the layout of the floor reinforcement ribs, and the hydraulic lifting system. We assigned dedicated personnel to follow up throughout the process to ensure the delivery time and quality of each heavy duty dump truck. Currently, we have established a parts reserve point in Africa, enabling local supply of commonly used wear parts for dump trucks, and we can arrange after-sales personnel to provide on-site training on vehicle operation and maintenance.
