Recently, a customer from Djibouti visited our HOWO TX tank chassis production line and signed a cooperation order on-site.

The customer observed that our tank truck frame uses high-strength steel, with smooth and reliable welding of longitudinal and transverse beams. The pre-installed tank connection interfaces are of standardized dimensions, greatly facilitating subsequent superstructure modifications. The customer expressed approval of the neat routing of the braking system and electrical wiring, and reviewed the pipeline pressure test and brake airtightness test records on-site, affirming the rigorous quality inspection process before shipment.

This chassis is specifically designed for tank truck transportation. The front axle is equipped with disc brakes, matched with AEBS+ESC electronic stability system and tire blowout emergency safety device. The entire vehicle features sensitive and reliable air pressure braking response. The engine can be either Weichai or MAN dual-engine, with low-speed, high-torque characteristics perfectly suited for heavy-load starting requirements. The transmission uses the HW25712XSTL model, offering high transmission efficiency and smooth shifting, capable of handling complex operating conditions with ease. Furthermore, the vehicle is equipped with a 400L fuel tank and air suspension interface, details designed to directly adapt to the diverse road conditions and varied transportation habits in Africa.

During the technical exchange, we provided complete hydraulic piping diagrams and electrical schematics, marking each interface specification and corresponding material number while viewing the tanker truck to ensure transparent and traceable information. Addressing the customer's primary concern regarding parts supply, we retrieved the warehouse inventory list on-site, detailing that commonly used parts such as brake pads, filters, and pipe fittings are always in ample stock, guaranteeing timely delivery.

After signing the contract, we also took the customer on a tour of the parts warehouse, confirming that the accompanying spare parts package was ready. The customer successfully signed the order that day, expressing that witnessing the standardized management and stringent quality control throughout the production process was far more reassuring than reviewing documents, and indicating future interest in purchasing other models.
